Rangoli patterns

Rangoli is a popular art form among Indian women. Rangoli are painted on the ground in front of houses using rice powder-sometimes supplemented by flower petals and other colourful materials. We have made our own Rangoli patterns using symmetry and warm colours.

Aren´t we SMARTIES?

Aren´t we smarties?
By counting and grouping our smarties, we found fractions of each colour.
Would you rather eat 2/5 or 2/10 of 20 smarties?
2/5 of course! That´s 8 smarties. 2/10 is only 4 smarties.
